Created in 2001, Altitud Extrem offers mountain guide services, a wide range of activities in the natural environment, as well as sports facilities in nature (adventure parks, via ferratas and climbing areas).
Our goal is to bring nature closer to you, improving the knowledge, respect and protection of natural mountain areas in optimal safety conditions.
Our mountain guide service includes trekking activities, snowshoeing, canyoning, via ferratas, mountain biking, e-BIKING, segways, downhill skiing, mountaineering, climbing, guidance and training in the wild.
Over the years, we have been designing tailor-made activities and offering an extraordinarily extensive catalogue of activities.
The main tools we use are the entertainment and experiences generated by mountain activities, adventure and nature. We also share our commitment to the conservation of the natural mountain environment.
We want your visit to Pedraforca to be a great experience. If you want to go for the ascent, we take you up there. If you do not live around, we recommend you to spend the previous and the following nights in any of the accommodations located in the Pedraforca valleys. This will allow you to enjoy local gastronomy as well as other activities such as local arts and crafts. If you want your ascent to Pedraforca to be a genuine experience…. Just come and live it!
We propose a circular excursion departing from the Cadí-Moixeró Cable Car Stations up to the highest point of La Molina. This panoramic route will allow you to walk deep into the Natural Park and to have the opportunity to hike surrounded by chamois, marmots, vultures and –with a bit of luck– bearded vultures. You can also enjoy the local flora and all its summer splendour. Moderate difficulty and demanding itinerary.
For people who have never snowshoed and enjoy mountain hiking. Ascent by cable car up to 2,500 m., hike overlooking the Cerdanya and Berguedà regions, and scaling at the top, at Refugi del Niu de l’Àliga (Eagle’s Nest Mountain Hut).
