Gastronomic experiences Courses and workshops in nature

Departure to identify and collect edible wild species followed by a wild cooking workshop with the corresponding tasting. To start, we will walk around the beautiful village of Jorba where a myriad of edible wild plants and also traditional agricultural varieties grow. We will learn to identify them, to collect them correctly, and we will discover their uses. Then, with the spices and varieties we have collected, complemented with other 100% local and seasonal products, we will cook various dishes, both amazing and delicious. Following the advice of the expert who will accompany you at all times, you will be the ones to decide which recipes to make. And then it's time to taste everything we've cooked, and evaluate the result and the pairings made. Activity suitable for all audiences. Approximate duration 2.5 hours.
