Discover, cook and taste wild edible plants!

This walk aimed at picking wild edible species is followed by a wild food cooking workshop and its corresponding tasting session. After a walk through the surroundings of the lovely village of Jorba, which host endless wild edible plants and traditional farm varieties, you will learn about how to identify them, pick them properly and use them. Then, with the species and varieties you have gathered as well as with other local and seasonal products, you will cook several amazing and delicious dishes. Assessed by the expert who will be with you all the time, you will choose the recipes you want to follow. After that, you will taste everything you have prepared and check the results and pairings.
