Canyon descending or canyoning is an activity that combines different techniques such as jumping, climbing, abseiling and swimming, in the case of water canyons. A very pleasant activity, ideal to be shared in groups (family, friends, colleagues, classmates, …). Les Roques Natura offers activities in a wide range of canyons located in the region of Els Ports, such as Canaletes, the most spectacular water canyon aimed at beginners, or Regatxo and Cantavella canyons, more technical ones, in which the insiders will enjoy an incredible descent.
