The workshops on wild food cooking will allow you to discover the world of edible spontaneous plants, show you the possibilities they can give in the kitchen and make you aware of your immediate vegetal reality. This is a practical workshop whose participants will learn how to use the best edible plants of the local landscape. The activity starts with a short introduction about how to identify and collect the plants, followed by their culinary applications and the making of 3-4 dishes, and finishes with the tasting of the dishes made during the workshop.
