Meteo Pirineus

This small business is the result of the union between two passions: meteorology and Pyrenees. After 6 years, this project has become a reference both for the locals and for the people who love outdoors activities in the Pyrenees. 
As Pyrenees lovers and mountain guides who know the whole mountain range inside out, we intend to adapt our activities to your needs, whether you want to discover nature and local heritage or improve your scientific or sport skills. We offer alternative activities and experiences that are deeply rooted in our mountains through the discovery of natural areas, villages, cultural and natural heritage, routes across lakes and summits –according to the level of the participants– or scientific outings focused on meteorological phenomena, geology interpretation and Pyrenean climates.
Together with local schools and associations –Marxa Nòrdica Cadí-Pirineus and PEUSA–, we also offer walk and hikes that allow you to learn about climatology, geology, glaciology and Pyrenean climates on the basis of what we know about the territory. In winter, we also organise snowshoeing walks in which we tell you about snow and avalanches and analyse the weekly report on avalanches and on the conditions of the ski slopes of the Catalan Pyrenees.
