First dive

The first dive is a 2-hour activity composed of a theoretical part, in which you will learn about diving material, security rules and the signs used underwater, and a practical part, on the beach, with the water at waist level, immerging the head just to check the regulator and to get used to breathing. Once the instructors see you are quiet and relaxed, you will start the experience. The package includes a photographic and video report. Every day at 10.00/12.30/15.30.
