The activity starts early in the morning, between 6.30 and 8.00, at Vol de Coloms’s facilities. You will be offered a light breakfast –coffee and pastry– while watching the balloon being prepared and inflated. Once the balloons and baskets are ready, you will take off for a 1/1.30-hour ride, in which you will enjoy the spectacular landscapes –with the Pyrenees in the background and the volcanos under your feet–, raise a toast with rosé cava, and taste a delicious lardon coca from Olot. After landing, you will go back to Vol de Coloms’s facilities to enjoy a typical breakfast with local products: bread rubbed with tomato, cold meats, Santa Pau beans with grilled sausage, La Fageda desserts, coffee, wine and ratafia liqueur. At the end, all the participants will get the corresponding diploma.
