Through a guided tasting of the single-variety olive oils we produce (empeltre, arbequina and piqual), you will learn to assess the different tastes and sensations of single-variety olive oils.
You will also learn to distinguish the olive oils you can find in the market, how profitable olive oil is for your health and how to debunk some myths that exist about this foodstuff.
And finally, on the basis of your preferences regarding the different single-variety olive oil you have tasted, you will create your own oil, customize it and take it home in a 250-ml bottle.
