This ethnobotanic walk will allow you to know about the culinary uses of wild plants. Col·lectiu Eixarcolant offers you this guided tour to discover wild edible plants as well as traditional varieties so that you can recognize and identify them wherever you go. Whether in the middle of the forest, in old vegetable gardens surrounded by dry stone walls, along the streams, or in the heart of the village, those species are much closer than you imagine. Just open your eyes to discover them and start using them. You will always be accompanied by an ethnobotanist who will pleasantly and funnily tell you all about the different uses of the specimens that you will find on the way. All audiences. Approximate duration: 2 hours.
